The YMCA has probably saved my life. It’s def been my go to place for peace and serenity when I’m struggling with anxiety and depression. It’s also helped me make very fond memories with my nieces and nephews. I love the YMCA.

The High Street Y is truly a jewel in the Lexington community! The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I love the variety of fitness classes offered, from high-energy Pilates with Alisha, to relaxing yoga, which allows me to mix things up depending on my mood. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the steam room and sauna are a satisfying way to relax and reduce stress after a rigorous workout. I particularly appreciate the emphasis on community involvement, and I've made great connections with other members through group classes and social events. Overall, the High Street Y has been a fantastic place to improve my health and become part of a supportive network. Nate's commitment to member engagement is evident in his proactive approach to greeting members by name. Thank you Nate, for making me feel welcomed and part of the High Street Y family.

The High Street Y has been awesome for our family. Our son has participated in several activities and events they have sponsored in collaboration with our local Special Olympics organization and with the Down Syndrome Association of Central Kentucky. We also enjoy the golden opportunity this gives us to actually work out while the awesome staff runs the activities/events for the kids! Many thanks to the good people at the High Street Y in Lexington!
