Six AM is early for a slow flow yoga class but it is so worth it. Molly is an excellent teacher and guides this class with ease, grace, knowledge and genuine compassion. Molly brings a perfect blend of familiarity and variety to her classes accompanied by amazing music. A perfect start to my day.

Higher Ground has been a lovely place to begin my yoga practice! The instructors I have had have all been encouraging and positive. They start every class by creating a welcoming, inclusive, and calm space. The space is beautiful and clean and the lavender towels at the end of every class are a great addition. It has been a great compliment to my strength training and I’m very happy to be here at Higher Ground!

Great sessions! The class size is usually 3–6 people, which makes it feel personal and welcoming. I was able to jump right in and felt comfortable with both the group and the style and level of yoga.

I just took my first class (Vinyasa Yoga) and I loved it! Cheryl is so kind and helpful. She provided modifications as a newbie to yoga. This exercise is great for a good stretch and those with injuries. I plan to try all of the other classes.
