Highland I.D.A. Pharmacy

The owner Sam is great. He’s very kind and welcoming. Meanwhile the pharmacy assistants are extremely rude not very welcoming when you enter. I have always done my refills on there app which is extremely helpful. However I gave them plenty of hours to have my prescriptions ready and they weren’t. I told them it would be nice to get a call Atleast, no problem if they weren’t ready. I would rather just be informed before driving all the way to the pharmacy. The one staff member tried to tell me that if they didn’t call then it’s not ready which is Bs because they have never once called me to let me know my prescription is ready. I even placed my refill once before and I went there and they told me it was too early for them to refill it by 2 weeks instead of calling me to inform me of this. This is ridiculous.

I have had an amazing customer service experience at Highland I.D.A Phamarcy. I have recently switched Pharmacies, because of the wonderful staff at this location. Sam is very nice, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend!

Sam and his staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sam knows every customer’s name which is remarkable.He makes you feel so special. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone
