Highly recommend! I stopped in a few months before I was ready to commit to new wheels, and Mary was kind enough to look at some options for my Scion, and ballpark an estimate. When I was ready to purchase in November, we found the right wheel, and she was informative about my tire options. Without realizing it, she had included a tire that met all of my concerns and needs. Plus it is quiet! Two weeks in, and I couldn't be happier with my wheels and tire choice. Install was a breeze, and they have had consistent customer service every time! I appreciate the time Mary spent explaining tire and wheel details (which I know little about), and giving me my options!

Took my Chevy truck to have a lift kit installed and they did a great job . Put my rims on and trimmed the wheel wells . I'm new to lifted truck and they walk me through it . Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend 👌

Just the facts

Terrible customer service. Bought 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires from them and got a flat while driving. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire so I should just trust that it won't go flat again while I'm driving. That is neither logical nor safe. Suggested perhaps it was the beading, well they installed the tire so if it wasn't installed correctly and it led to the tire leakiing and going flat that's on them. Said they couldn't sell me another tire at the prorated price because they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire that went flat. But tried to sell me a pair of tires at full price. The older woman who normally works in the back did all the talking, but she should stay in the back, she's not good with customer service.

I needed 4 summer tires for my wife's delivery van (she puts over 50 miles a day on that rig) and Mary at the front counter was quick to offer some tires that were suited for the hauling capacity of this van. She got me a 70,000 mile tire with a manufacture rebate for a great deal! I dropped off the tires and wheels and came back later in the day to pick them up. 2 employees asked which vehicle I was driving and they loaded up the tires in the back and told me I was all set. Great service and great people! Thanks Hillyer's!
