We stayed for three nights recently and had a great experience. Staff were so helpful and friendly anytime we needed anything. The beds were comfy and the room spacious. It’s not walkable to any services but we had a car so it was manageable.

Our room was relatively clean except for the kitchen, but it was getting on in years. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes from guests before us in the dishwasher, which was very smelly and the dishwasher leaked. Not much was said about this at reception and they didn't apologize for it. Also the room was super dark, we only had one window in the corner, which made the room feel very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst we've had in the USA so far. Apart from the fact that there was simply an incredible amount of garbage again and I can't understand why hotels in this price range don't offer real crockery (in Germany this would be unthinkable - not even youth hostels have disposable crockery), the quality of the food was rather poor (no cut fruit, no vegetables, no plant-based milk).

This hotel was a joke! The only good thing about it was the shower and the breakfast as for the room itself the floors were dirty and the bed was hard and uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the bed and the pull out couch was just as uncomfortable as the bed I think it’s time that the beds get an upgrade along with the couch and the Carpets definitely need a good steam clean The price for the room was overpriced and just a bad experience all together and don’t get me started on ordering food through Grubhub… the guy didn’t want to bring our food to the room so he dropped it off at the front desk and left so my husband had to go get it and bring it up to the room so what makes you think you’re entitled to a good tip? we will never stay at this hotel ever again!!

My room didn’t get cleaned the first night, but after I asked it was cleaned. It’s not to far from a rather sketchy area but it doesn’t seem to affect the hotel it’s self. Overall it’s a great place to stay.
