Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown by IHG

I spent a few days here in July, and the time spent in the hotel was great. There was very minimal noise during the night, other than the other guests coming in and out the rooms. The rooms were spotless. Im not sure what the other reviews were talking about, each time we left and came back the bathroom was spotless, as well the room. The refrigerator kept everything crisp cold, and the AC was heaven sent. The front desk was helpful and courteous. 10/10 especially for the price of the rooms, will recommend to others!

Nice hotel in a not so great area (a auto-repair shop opposite)||The room was on the small size for a king room even though the bed was enormous which made it difficult for whoever slept by the window to get in and out of bed through the tiny gap. Some of the furniture was a bit battered but was still usable. The tv was almost as big as the bed!! The shower was a beautiful walk-in big enough for 2.||We'd booked this hotel through Booking.com which had it listed as having:||Coffee making facilities, they didn't which wasn't great, everyone needs a hot coffee before venturing out in the December cold.||A hairdryer, again they didn't and I purposely didn't pack one, I wish I had as having to let my wet hair dry naturally overnight wasn't ideal.||Also an iron was listed as being in the room, it wasn't but not so much of an issue.

We stayed here in September for only one night before our flight. This place was not it for us, we didn’t really feel like the room was clean and there was a lot of yelling through the night and early in the morning. We could also hear everything that was happening on the hotel parking property and it was not pleasant. We also had to leave a 100$ deposit just a reminder for others to expect that. It was not worth the price even though its not expensive, but i could barely close my eyes through the whole night.
