Good: The room was reasonably large with places to put our gear. The room & bathroom were clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable for us. Lights/outlets were adequate. Everything worked okay. Air conditioner was quiet. No other noises. No odors. Breakfast had a variety of hot foods, waffles, yogurt (but limited bread items). Although the hotel is farther out of Coralville, it is near some stores/restaurants.|Not so good: There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The white towels, etc. (piled on the vanity) were starting to look gray. The room was starting to show wear. Housekeeping entered the room on day 2 although the signs said housekeeping would come in only every 3rd day (unless asked, which we did not).|Did not use Wi Fi or any other hotel offering/amenity, so cannot comment.

I stayed in the Coralville, IA, County Inn & Suites for one night for a stop along a long road trip. First impression, the facility and parking lot are clean and well maintained. The person at the front desk was friendly and checked me in quickly. The room and bathroom were both clean and well stocked (tissues, towels, shampoo/soap/conditioner/body wash). It was blissfully quiet overnight, which is really important to me (I want to sleep, not listen to doors slamming and people making noise all night). The breakfast room was also very clean and well stocked. I had a pleasant, healthy breakfast, nothing was out of stock. Checkout was also smooth and friendly. One very small "complaint" was that the bed was kind of hard. I slept well, but I personally like a bed with a bit more "give." But that's a minor thing. Overall, the facility was very clean, well-stocked, staff was friendly, and the location was convenient and felt safe. If I'm passing through Iowa in the future I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing customer experience with all the staff. The breakfast is awesome, the coffee is really good and there is an assortment of juices and soft drinks. They clean the rooms daily and it always looks and smells clean. My room (king size suite) has a coffee maker, fridge and microwave with shelves for your food or clothes. There is a desk, a chair and a couch. I've been staying long term for work and they're awesome. Jay, the night shift front desk fella is a hoot to talk to!

We had a most pleasant stay starting with Christina’s friendly welcome. Quick check-in too! Followed by John helping us out with a pair of scissors to open part of our appetizers, and on the 3rd day, Singh made our check-out easy. I would be amiss not to mention the friendly guy who tended to the breakfast room. Everything was tasty and perfect there!
