Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbia East - Elkridge

I had a very comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I returned after a full and tiring day out and the maid had done a lovely job of cleaning the room. Crawling between the nice crisp white sheets of a well made bed felt glorious! The breakfast was excellent and all of the staff was helpful and friendly. I would happily return and would happily recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel needs serious upgrading. It is too dark. Everything is dark brown. It is depressing. Front staff was polite and courteous. It was quiet. It was convenient, close to Route 50. Good selection of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Very clear very friendly staff. Rooms are very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of parking and it's close to a lot of things. They have their own bar and restaurant. It would be nice if it was open for lunch and dinner and open later. Right now it's only 5-930pm. The pool hours I wish were a little longer earlier and later. We would definitely come back.
