I’ve stayed at best western hotels before and was not a fan! However this location was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in hands down! The cleanliness of the rooms, grounds, breakfast area were astonishing. I’ve seen numerous maintenance personnel replacing bulbs, making repairs. Sanitation staff doing an amazing job. And for the price??? It was great! The staff are friendly and you feel so very comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

The breakfast and attendant was amazing. Kristin, one of the front desk clerks, was amazing However, the day time male clerk was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I was staying over several weeks for work. I was approved a noon check out. Starting at 11am, this clerk would call my room over and over asking when I was leaving. This happened on more than one occasion. Finally, the last day I stayed here, the clerk started calling my room at 11am and called 7 or 8 times, despite me having a noon check out. I was startled by him ENTERING MY ROOM without permission while I was NAKED and changing clothes. It was 11:29 am and this clerk told me it was noon and I needed to check out because it was "around noon." I literally cannot believe he came into my room like that. I cancelled all future stays with this hotel and I will never be back!

Oh this place is great. Checked in last minute. Lady who took my call was so very nice and honestly answered my questions. Smells so nice, like a hotel should. Room is very clean and the check-in was super quick. Gentleman was also very kind and empathetic to why I came without a reservation.

So how do you compare? We stay at BW regularly. All I can say is each one is interesting. We checked into hotel flawlessly. However as soon as we opened door to room cigarette smell hit us. Nope. Back to desk. Clerk was wonderful and gave us another room apologizing profusely. Second room (upstairs) was just fine. Quiet. Good beds. Clean. Very nice. Another however: other family was given two dog rooms (no carpet, end of hall). One of these rooms had a ‘smell’. One family member suffers with allergies and was in discomfort the two nights in those rooms. Buyer beware. Good breakfasts and the buffet server was tops. She is a jewel. Very friendly and helpful (give her a raise - employees like that are hard to find). It was a busy weekend and she was just as pleasant as the slower days. Employees were polite. Towels were changed daily but not bedding. Overall clean. Not a five star hotel but very accommodating. So it depends on what you’re used to. Any hotel, classy or not, is a gamble these days. Used the pool area but not other amenities.
