I stayed at the Hilton for business, and it was a great stay!. My room was clean, they providing plenty of towels, and the shampoo/conditioner was a great plus - less I had to pack in my carry-on. I couldn't get enough of the water pressure in my shower, it was fantastic. All of the staff interactions were pleasant and courteous, I even had some nice compliments on my outfit choices from the employees - it made me feel confident leaving the building! If I ever come back to KC, I will be staying here again! My only complaint was there was no AC - the temp went down to 60 degrees, but it never felt cool. But that was ok!

We reserved a weekend wedding block here because our venue was nearby. Our entire family is from out of town, so we had a LOT of rooms reserved. Meg Edmunds, the group sales manager, took care of us and our group from start to finish. She gave us a link to the wedding block reservation with the added touch of having our venue pictured on the webpage, she made sure we came back to complimentary champagne after our wedding, and answered all of our questions. All of our guests were given breakfast tickets, and because we had so many rooms reserved under our block, our room was totally free of charge. 10/10 service, thank you!!

We had a great experience here! We arrived VERY VERY late & ReRee got us checked in & taken care of quickly. The staff is fantastic & Nicole was simply outstanding! The room was spacious & quiet. Close to lots of food & shops within a 10 min walk. I would definitely stay here again!

My family just checked out of this hotel today and we loved our stay! Staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful (front desk, maintenance/cleaning, and even valet!). Loved how friendly staff was to my daughter as well! Even gave her a broken room card for her to use which she loved playing with! This location is ideal if you're looking to stay at the heart of the Plaza with shops & restaurants. Lots of construction going on at this time which is a bummer BUT it's still worth it! Only con's were that 2 of the elevators were not working which caused so much time wasted on getting an elevator that was actually going to our destination (garage or our room). We were on the 17th floor & our room was super warm! We had our A/C down to 65 and it still was super warm and didn't really truly cool off until late night. Breakfast buffet was really good and same with room service! Would absolutely stay here again!
