I was told this was a nice place and they did a great job. Very clean and decorative. I really enjoyed the artwork. Convinent location to downtown convention center and the yum center as well as downtown main street where all the fun activites are. The room was clean and very beautiful. They even had a fun lit up bourbon diaplay, when the entry light was on. Bathroom was really nice to. Definitely recommending this as a return location for the future.

We had a veterinary conference at the Omni. From the moment I arrived, to the moment I left the staff was friendly and helpful. Our conference rooms were beautiful and the meals the hotel provided were amazing. The Falls City Market was a great place to get a snack, have a meal or get a coffee. I would recommend the Omni for a conference or even to visit the great and welcoming city of Louisville. My room was clean and beautiful. Thank you for making my visit extraordinary.

From the moment that we arrive we were greeted with the utmost respect, courteousness, and professionalism. The valet was very warm inviting and gave us outstanding service. We were here for a special occasion. I was celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. I asked for a special accommodations to my room. The Omi Louisville Staff went ABOVE and BEYOND !!! They set the room up for rose pedals, flowers, chocolates, and even the balloons I ordered. Complementary From this hotel if they wanted to take part in the celebration for this special occasion. They took it a step further with the Rose petals and created a walking path to the bed where the rest of the Rose petals created a beautiful heart on the bed. Such a personalized and special touch by this staff. This is one of the most professional hotels I have ever stayed at. And I have been fortunate and honored and blessings to have traveled to 37 countries in my life. This is one of the best hotels I've stated at. #chefskiss

I stayed at the Omni Louisville Hotel for a conference, and it was truly an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms — I especially loved how large and relaxing the shower area was.As someone with celiac disease, traveling for business can be challenging when it comes to food, but this time I was genuinely impressed by the care and attention of the staff. From the very first day, Richard made sure my gluten-free meals were always ready and perfectly prepared. His kindness and dedication made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable.It was a wonderful experience overall, and I truly hope to return next year with my group.
