Not only does she plan the trip according to the budget you set but she provides a detailed itinerary so you know where to be each day. The hotels, tours, and transportation were all amazing. Heather took care of everything from giving us great options for our cruise to helping me check in for the plane ride. I had a problem checking in and I called her at 9 pm. Heather quickly took care of getting us checked!! She did a great job helping us decide on tours too!! We went to Iceland, Ireland and UK on a cruise leaving from Netherlands!!
