My friends and I visited this location for manicures, and I was genuinely shocked by the poor quality of both the facility and the service. Given that this is part of Holtz Spa, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a basic strip-mall salon — similar to a Nice One Nails — but charged at premium spa prices. We were seated in a cramped, makeshift corner of the salon, surrounded by loud hair dryers and constant chatter. It was far from the relaxing spa environment we were expecting. My "60-minute" manicure was rushed and finished in just 30 minutes — with several steps skipped entirely. The technician missed applying a top coat in multiple areas, and the polish wasn't even close to the cuticle, making it look like my manicure was already two weeks old. Meanwhile, my friends received proper, full-length manicures, leaving me sitting awkwardly for nearly 40 minutes. Worse, because my nails weren't prepped properly and the application was so poor, the shellac began peeling off in chunks within 10 days. This was a hugely disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this location — there are far better options in the city where you’ll get actual spa-quality service for the price.

I go to Holtz Spa for Massage Therapy and I always book with Bri. She makes the whole experience relaxing, comfortable, and also effective. She takes her time and puts in meaningful work every single time. I’ve been attending this spa and booking with Bri for over a year now and I would recommend Bri and the spa to anyone and everyone! The place is also extremely clean and always looks and feels so nice! Thank you Bri for all your hard work!!

Spent the whole day at the spa, and overall, my first experience was great. The staff were very polite, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything. The massage therapist, hairstylist, nail technician, and esthetician were all lovely people—it was a pleasure interacting with them☺️ I was completely satisfied with everything except the manicure, specifically the polish application. I didn’t notice at first, but once I got home, I saw that the polish wasn’t applied very well. For the price, I think it would be better to offer gel polish instead, as regular polish chips quickly and doesn’t last. Overall, I had a positive experience, but the manicure was a bit disappointing.

I booked at last minute massage without issues. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly reception and then I met my RMT, Samuel. He was fantastic, very nice and polite. He carried a calm demeanour and was great at walking through what I was looking for. He delivered an amazing high pressure massage which I requested. He was very professional and provided a great experience. Looking forward to my next visit.
