We recently purchased these hot offer sofa set. While the staff and experience with them is good unfortunately the sofa experience in terms was of sitting comfort is abysmal and painful. It feels ok to sit for about 10 min or so but after that it is very uncomfortable and very improperly designed. I called up and explained to the salesman requesting for an exchange with another model instead he asked me to sell it on dubizzile and on further conversation asked me to buy a hard pillow back rest to be used on the sofa !!!! Very saddened and fooled by the good looks of the sofa at the shop but useless piece of furniture now!!!’ Please be careful and make sure they are comfortable to buy and don’t go by the looks and good service of the salesmen. This review is not directly related to this store but for United furniture online store. I placed an order online and paid delivery charges extra based on the 48hr delivery time as per the website so that I get my delivery based on my requirement. Then it was informed that it will take 10 days for the delivery and I had to cancel my order immediately. The information mentioned in the website are not true and all exceptions are the things that they go with. Hence, be careful before ordering anything online from united furniture.
