Everything went perfectly. All parties at the office and installation were great. Everyone was friendly, courteous, knowable and professional. We originally scheduled in October of 2024, but when they arrived, we found that our neighbor’s power would have to be cut also (duplex where meters were stacked, ours being the top), and would also require WE Energy shutoff and city inspectors. Rescheduled for April 9, 2025, ETA 8:00AM. 7:30 AM - Electrician arrives. 8:00 AM - Home Backup arrives (from an hour & 45 minutes away). 9:30 AM - WE Energies cuts power. 11:30 AM - city inspector arrives. 12:00 PM - WE Energies re-connects. 12:30 PM everyone is gone. This couldn’t have gone any smoother. Highly recommend 10/10.

Excellent team of people to install our whole home generator. There were no surprises and installation went smoothly. They cleaned up everything after the install, tested it while we watched and answered any questions we had. In fact, 5 days later we lost power and in 5 seconds, power kicked back in just as promised. This system gives us piece of mind.
