We worked with Team Tran through most of 2024 to buy a home (with Tom) and sell a house (with Kim). We interviewed several recommended real estate agents, and Kim and Tom really stood out. They offered different levels and types of services, including staging, and were very personable. We discussed mutual expectations and found they were a great fit. We worked with Tom for over 7 months to help us find our new home. As we visited houses, he asked questions and got a better sense of what we were looking for. He used that info to highlight some homes and also to check-in with us if we were asking about a house that fell outside of the parameters we had initially set. We really appreciated his patience (because we had a very specific needs list!) and availability. We worked with Kim on the sale of our house. From her initial suggestions for preparing the house for sale, to the final staging readiness, Kim was there for us. She motivated us to carry on through a less than fun process of packing, fixing, painting, etc. When the time came to put the sign up in front of the house, it was ready. Kim clearly explained her strategy for the sale process. We had a very high number of visits in the first few days. Kim’s work on the last day to secure us the best offer was really outstanding. We were really thrilled with the quick result (5 days on the market). Working with Tom and Kim was good from a real estate service perspective, but also enjoyable. They are both very nice people, which we didn’t mind being tethered to for 7+ months! I can’t thank them enough for making a long and arduous task a lot more fun and straightforward than I anticipated. We would highly recommend this duo! Liz
