**Extremely Disappointed with HomeLane Services** My experience with HomeLane has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. They lack modern or updated designs and mainly lure customers with flashy discounts of up to 50%, which is just a trap. Once you’re on board, they provide minimal support in the design phase and outright reject client-suggested ideas, claiming "this is not possible" or "we don’t do it because we only work with machine cuts." Their designers are not creative at all—they fail to propose any fresh or innovative ideas and entirely rely on the client. Their design software is outdated, painfully slow, and often produces blurry outputs, wasting both time and energy. The entire design process is very slow and unorganized—they ended up wasting two months of my time with no meaningful progress. Moreover, HomeLane has not kept up with current market trends. Instead of offering solutions, they just repeat pre-programmed responses. Worst of all, their pricing is highly misleading—what they quote initially for an item is significantly increased later, sometimes even tripled. To add to the frustration, their booking amount is non-refundable, and when asked, they simply state, “we cannot help you; it’s auto-generated.” This level of customer apathy is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing HomeLane

Once I signed up, the level of support during the design phase was minimal. Most of my suggestions were either dismissed with statements like “this is not possible” or declined outright under the pretext that they only work with machine-cut modules. The designers did not exhibit creativity or initiative—they failed to propose any fresh or innovative ideas and largely depended on inputs from me as the client. The design software they use is also substandard: it’s outdated, slow, and often renders blurry outputs, leading to a waste of time and effort. The entire process was disorganized and dragged on for two months without any meaningful progress, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. HomeLane also seems out of touch with current market trends. Rather than offering viable solutions, they often respond with generic, pre-scripted replies. Most concerning of all is their pricing strategy. The initial quote is far from final—prices are increased significantly later, sometimes even tripled, which feels highly misleading. Additionally, the booking amount of ₹37,000 was stated to be refundable in case I didn’t approve the designs. However, after I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, I was informed that it is non-refundable and was told, “we cannot help you.” This level of customer service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am attaching the designs that were presented to me, so others can judge for themselves whether they reflect the value and promises made by HomeLane. I strongly urge prospective customers to think carefully before choosing HomeLane. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
