Unprofessional, they do not have their own designs, they copy paste from Google, ask customer to search and give their own designs. No suggestions, no time frame, i paid so much of hard earned money but quality of products installed is very poor, not worth it. It took 3 times for them to install a glass slider frame. It had to be un installed and left open. And we lived in open for a very long time. False promises. Always shirt of manpower. We had a very unpleasant experience with NBP.
