Livspace - Interior Design Studio, Vaishali Nagar

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the pathetic service and false commitments made by your interior design team. My overall experience with Livspace has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. At the time of project initiation, your representatives clearly promised a 10-year furniture warranty. However, every time I contact customer care for support, I am told that the carpenter is not available. It’s shocking how unresponsive the service becomes once the payment is done. Yet, when it came to collecting money, your team followed up relentlessly and even delayed the work until full payment was made. This behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer focus. It feels like the team is only interested in payments, not in delivering quality service or honoring commitments. I am also attaching photos showing the pathetic service quality and unfinished work delivered by your team. This is unacceptable from a brand that claims to be trusted in interiors. My honest advice to others: Do not go for Livspace at all. It is better to hire a local, reliable carpenter who actually values customers and delivers what is promised.

इन पाँचों बच्चों ने मेरा दिल जीत लिया है इस कारण से ही मैं लिवस्पेस का सदस्य बनने हेतु मजबूर हुआ हूँ अब मैं यह आशा करता हूँ कि जिस प्रकार लिवस्पेस मुझे सभी आवश्यक और अनिवार्य सुविधाएं प्रदान करने वाले हैं मैं ह्रदय की गहराईयों से आप सभी का आभार प्रकट करता हूँ और शुभकामनायें देता हूँ की लिवस्पेस सम्पूर्ण राजस्थान में ही नही पूरे भारत में अपना पताका लहराते हुये और ऊँची उडाने भरता रहे ! आभार 🙏

Initially, Livspace seemed like a great choice. They were prompt and professional — up until the project was marked "complete." The moment the work was done, they were quick to ask for a 5-star rating. But once post-completion issues started to appear — especially with poor quality civil work — their response completely changed. Instead of owning up to the problems, they focused on protecting their civil contractor, who clearly messed up the job. The quality of civil work ruined the finish of my home, and despite repeated follow-ups, Livspace engineer Mr. Mayank stopped responding entirely after handover. There’s zero accountability from the civil team, and all the so-called professionalism disappears once final payment is made. Avoid Livspace for civil work. Their modular services are decent, but due to unreliable civil contractors and non-responsive engineers, I strongly suggest not choosing Livspace for any civil-related execution.
