We rented one of their properties for a year and consistently paid our rent on time. During our tenancy, we rarely contacted management regarding issues because the two times we did, we were told to handle the repairs ourselves. For example, when the garbage disposal was not functioning properly, we ultimately fixed it on our own. At move-in, we completed the required inspection and documented the condition of the property with photographs. The home was left in poor condition by the previous tenants: it was dirty throughout, the garage contained leftover trash, and the walls had multiple nail holes, indentations, and chipped paint—all of which I carefully documented in the inspection. We fulfilled the full term of our lease. Although we relocated three months before the lease ended due to my fiancé’s new job, we continued paying rent through the end of the contract. Despite this, communication with the rental company was consistently difficult, as phone calls and even the 24-hour line went unanswered. At move-out, I left the property in excellent condition—significantly cleaner and better maintained than when we first arrived. However, the company withheld our security deposit, claiming that we had “damaged the walls.” When I requested clarification, they sent photos showing only the same nail holes and scuffs I had documented during the initial inspection, with no new damage evident. They are also very disrespectful, I do not recommend this company what so ever. The worst rental property I have ever used in my entire life and I have rented from a lot of people.

Dathan was so very helpful. A storm destroyed my power box and this management company had it fixed in 2 days flat, paid for my 2 day hotel stay, refunded lost items in my fridge. I feel blessed by Jesus to live in this amazing house and to know they cared about mine and my daughters well being was a major bonus. Thank you Dathan!

Upon moving in, they accused me of being a liar about my dogs. They had a little helper dude report back that there were more than my two reported dogs, based on what? Not vision? Guessing?? So, first day in, I’m accused of being a liar. Upon moving out, they withheld my deposit and created a charge of $400 to replace a dome light that WASN’T even installed when I moved in? Charged me $70 x 23 walls in the house were damaged. Completely and 100% bogus charges as there was NO such damage. We are seeking legal council now. Steer clear of these thief’s if you can!!! 🤯

I have been renting through Real Property Management for the past 3 years, and they have been great. We have had no issues with them over the years. The few maintenance request we have submitted have all been fixed in a timely manner. They are easy to get in contact with and respond quickly when we reach out. Highly recommend renting through them
