Paige here at Honda was so so fun and made the experience such a fun and relaxing decision upon this vehicle choice. Her dynamic with the manager Adam was a great enjoyable one to observe! I felt comfortable knowing she grew up in Oakland and with Honda cars which made her council to be held in high regard in my book. Thank you!!! Again!!

I recently purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from the dealership. After having bad experiences with other dealerships and facing rude salesman, I just had lost hope with car salesmen. But then I engaged with Brian from Honda of Oakland. He was a fantastic salesman. Not pushy at all. He helped me get the best deal. He waited beyond the working hours and did all my paperwork. I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend Brian’s services if you need a car

The folks there were nice to work with but I just wish I could have gotten the "best" deal on my new lease and that there was more transparency during the signing of the lease process. They have a new system with you signing everything on a screen on the desk and reviewing some docs on their computer screen. I was not shown all of the screens, especially for the lease agreement where it shows how the monthly payments were determined. It was not until the signing process was done that I received a printed copy of the lease, but didn't notice some pages were cut off. It was not until I received the full printed lease a couple days later as the original printed lease was printed on 8x11 paper when it should have been 8x14 that I noticed there was an add back of $1400+ of the discounts I received to the Gross Capitalized Cost that resulted in my lease monthly payments being higher. They had reduced the MSRP from the residual value of my returned leased vehicle, but did not inform me that they took some of that back by adding back the $1400+ to my lease agreement. If I had seen that I would not have signed the agreement. They should have provided me a print out of the agreement so I could have seen everything up front and not wait on the customer to ask for it, but I had a certain amount of trust in the process with what everyone was telling me. So, folks...be sure you get a print out of any agreement to be sure you can go over everything first clearly before signing. They also have a process at a certain point where if you sign electronically once, they can use that electronic signature to sign the rest of the documents with you watching but I'm not sure about that either. So, I am stuck with trusting them that I was getting the best monthly payments, but did not... I wish I had ignored the salesman who called me and said he could get me a great deal though I had 6 payments left on my prior lease as it appears they sneaked those remaining payments back onto my new lease when the salesman had assured me they would not add those payments to my new lease. I spoke to the sales manager about how the signing process was not transparent and not right and if they could do anything about adjusting my monthly payments, but just being ignored.
