Today at my rental property-Peter from Horizon Plumbing did the hot water tank inspection-this time at my rental property. Yet again, truly superb service. He took his shoes off when he arrived, was thorough with his work, explained clearly what he did, and cleaned up before leaving. 5+ stars! I will hire no other plumbing company in Ottawa. Highly, highly recommend. From last week at my property-Horizon Plumbing is hands down one of the best run companies in Ottawa. I called this morning, and two lovely, respectful, highly professional and competent service men appeared within minutes (they were already working on a project in my building). They were so careful with our new floor, cleaned up after the work, and were very detail-oriented when they installed the new machine. The receptionist is just as lovely, competent and professional. I will happily hire this company again! As an additional note, my building superintendent only hires Horizon Plumbing for plumbing issues in our condo building. He says they are the best in Ottawa! Thank you again, Horizon!

Excellent service! Booking was easy and seamless. The plumber ( Jean) arrived on time, was very friendly, and worked efficiently to fix the problem in no time. He had all the necessary parts with him and explained everything clearly. I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them. Incredibly fast, professional, and reliable!

I had what I thought was an emergency. Marc contacted me and assured me our situation would be fine until morning. Next day he came out and fixed the problem. So happy to have connected,,will not hesitate to use them again. Great experience, highly recommend.
