My soon to be husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mark Wright in buying our first hot tub! We came in the store with 0 knowledge and by the time we left, I had things answered to questions, we didn't know we needed to ask.. he explained everything, showed us everything. I felt like he went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect unit and make our dreams come true! Even when I call him at eight o'clock at night to ask random questions, he's always available to help and I cannot appreciate that enough. I would also like to give a shout out to Cindy, at the Knoxville store, who also took late night calls and answered questions!
