The hotel is good and staff is friendly. Just I need say something to be hotel service better.first of all all people go to resort to use pool and beach at my stay in March weather is not to hot and between 26-30 so the pool must be warm and we can use in.even 1 time I couldn't use bcz wad cold.the sound in lobby bar and show place wasn't chair comfortable I think bcz all body dint sear long time.and other problem just was for me that I had gust from dubai for 30 min even they didn't let me bring a tea for him and this is not hospitals as that man helped us for booking this hotel.this behavior not good at all in all place of world.also they animate team wasnt good at all and must dolve thid problem so fast .but about |my other experience about this hotel they had many goods options too.they resturant services is good and and staff is also friendly just dessert not good at all and 90% can't eat too.but food wad good and fruit normal and juice is not good too.about room is clean and ok but bathtub shower is danger be careful.about app servic was very well.about resturant in beach they must make gor sure a snack resturant for people as they are in pool and beach and dress is wet and don't want change dress .bcz all resturant don't let u use with wet dress.about Reservations is well and they help u in every time.i hope next time u listening to my idea bcz I saw many many all inclusive hotel and I like u be in high level too

Been to Riu twice now and loved both times. Most recently we stayed over the Christmas period and it really was an enjoyable stay. ||We are a family of 5, we had two rooms (connecting) which was perfect for us. |There is plenty to do inside the hotel; beach, pools, slides and baby pool and a small park for kids. ||The all inclusive aspect is great and is what keeps us wanting to return. Not many in Dubai offer the all inclusive option and at a reasonable cost, so this place is good to go to for families. Food is plentiful and delicious, drinks are of a good standard, entertainment is good. We live in Abu Dhabi so not too far from us if we want a short stay but if you want to experience luxurious and fancy ‘Dubai’ this is not the place. It’s a very family friendly resort, on the outskirts of Dubai so not close to the glitz and glam and not really much to do outside of the resort unless you take a taxi into Dubai city. ||Overall we are always happy with our stays when we come to Riu Dubai and will no doubt return.

Lovely hotel positioned well on the beach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.|It's all-inclusive and all meals are buffet style and very well done too with excellent choices at all meals.|The drinks are very good with genuine famous brand names. A good attribute to have given the usual Dubai bar prices.|Entertainment is OK, not cruise class but good fun.|One slight drawback is the location which is outside the main Dubai centre but taxis are plentiful.|Dubai Island where the hotel is situated is under development and so might offer more local places to go in the future.

Third time of staying, which we never do||Check In/out effortless||Great room, very clean and quiet. Sea view||Noise from building next door never bothered us or the planes going over||Staff friendly||Hotel spotless||Food good, but would be nice if they did a few more vegetarian options ie||noodles without chicken or fish, need to cook the eggs a bit more in the mornings, slightly undercooked||Downside was there were too many children and some parents think it’s ok for them to touch everything in the restaurant or sit there with an iPad watching childrens tv/playing games with the sound up.||Meal times weren’t always a pleasure. Lots more families than on our last two visits.||Palm Court restaurant for lunch was lovely and fairly quiet||Ate at Spices on 2 occasions, food ok, but tuna almost rare, wedges cold, desserts not as good as in the main restaurant and it would be nice if this was a restaurant for just Adults with table service||Entertainment in the evenings was ok||Always got a sun bed||Enjoyed our stay but a few tweaks and this would have been super!||||||||||
