We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They gave us free room upgrade, which made our experience even better. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming — she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Overall, excellent service and hospitality — we’ll definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed that the hotel was not in the downtown core. Some features of the room were updated but this caused the other parts to look really rundown. Our stay of nine days only got our room serviced once with fresh towel and garbage empty. We have stayed in numerous hotel and are good with refusing towel but we always have someone come check garbage. The pool was clean and inviting.

This uptown hotel is a cheaper alternative than the expensive downtown options. It is close to nice parks and still walking distance to the downtown area. The indoor pool is a great size and temperature for doing laps. |Space in the room is quite tight and the double bed is barely big enough to fit two people (and we are very slim).

Cheap to stay. Beds are nice. Place is a 2-3 star hotel with a bar. Just better than a hostel. Not fancy or inviting. Bathrooms are basic and small. Bathroom tap leaked. Its clean. Stay here if all you want is a bed for the night, cheap and dont care what you get. It worked for us. I would give 5 star if it was cheaper. Cost should be 100 a night max.
