We loved our stay here, I hope this place never changes. The staff are great and really accommodating. Our room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The continental breakfast had good variety and helped us to save a few bucks on meals during our stay. The thing we appreciated the most was the complimentary e-bikes, having them available to explore the city instead of walking or using transit, like we had planned, really made our trip amazing.

Room was clean. From outside, it seems a bit rundown. Breakfast needs to improve a lot. The pictures with muffins, croissants, sandwich are not correct. They just serve cold boiled eggs and pancake machine. No real yogurt, fake Costco bought filled with starch and chemicals. Some more variety and freshly made eggs would have been great. Bikes need reservation which was not communicated at the time of checkin. Overall kind of average hotel for the price if you can make use of the amenities.

Simply put, could be the nicest accommodations visit and experience I've ever had. Yes it is a motel style and has been around for a while, but every single aspect of the property was truly exquisite. The rooms were perfect, the service was impeccable, everything was clean beyond description and the complimentary amenities they provide are unmatched.

Nice out of the way retreat away from the downtown bustle but still in the city. Free electric assist bikes were nice add. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is on s busy street but there is outstanding biking nearby, including on the gorge waterway itself via a bikeway. They also have free kayaks (park and islet is close by, across the busy street) but we didn't have time to investigate. Breakfast was included which we appreciated.
