Hot Flo is a great fitness studio! Mere’s spin class is challenging, fun, and always high vibes — she’s super charismatic and plays nonstop bangers. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and the owner is very responsive with fair membership options. The community is welcoming and encouraging for all levels. If you want workouts with results, this is the spot. Disclaimer: I mostly take spin classes, but I’ve heard nothing but positives from others about the variety of classes here.

Natasha’s 26&2 class is awesome! She brought the energy back when she sensed it slipping; democratically kept the lights off for the floor work; and encouragingly gave assertive direction. The only way it could’ve been better was with tunes.

I have been doing hot yoga for years. This is, by far, my favorite studio! I took Amy Hamby's Vinyasa class this morning. Her combination of Vinyasa with light weights is such a challenging, high energy and fun work out. And, her playlist keeps you motivated throughout the entire class!

Great studio! Very clean. Instructors are terrific! Extra shout outs to Tasha and Olivia. Classes are welcoming but challenging. Highly recommend!
