This studio is amazing! The whole team is so friendly, helpful and encouraging. They make an effort to remember everyone’s names, no matter how often you come in for classes. I love that they have the option to come in just for spin class, or stay for the yoga class as well! My favourite part of the spin class here is the included hand weight section! Spin & Fire is an upbeat and more intense class, and Spin & Reset is the absolute perfect balance. My favourite part of yoga is the cold lemongrass towel they place on your mat in the last few minutes of class - so refreshing!! The whole studio is also so clean, organized and beautiful. They have lots of amenities included, spin shoes, weights, filtered water, showers, towels, and vanity with a hairdryer & products. Bring your own lock for their lockers too! You can really feel how much the instructors love what they do! Always the best vibes here, I am so happy I found this studio!! Love ya HotShop Varsity!!

Of all the locations I've tried, this is my favorite place for spin. They have hot yoga as well, which was why I first started attending, as the place I used to go to closed down. Hot Shop was kind enough to offer free classes for a short time, to those who were impacted by the previous company closing. I felt that reflected a team who believed in the community, and had more compassion and humanity than most. Time and time again, they've lived up to that belief. Their spin is intense, and leaves you feeling inspired and with a sense of accomplishment and belonging. By far the best spin shop in Calgary, in my opinion.

I had a fantastic time in the Hip Hop Hips Flow class with Sylvia Khuu. She was warm, friendly, and brought amazing energy and vibes to the session! As a newbie, I really appreciated how she made me feel comfortable and grounded throughout the class. Highly recommend!

Friendly and welcoming studio! The space is clean and calming, perfect for practice. I took the Flow & Reset class with Sylvia and it was such a beautiful balance of yin and yang. Loved the flow—it left me feeling both grounded and energized. Thank you, Hot Shop Yoga!
