6/9 update.... haven't done a rowing session since 5/4. All machines have been broken AGAIN. I was promised they'd be working by this past weekend. It's Monday morning and they are still broken. I want to cancel my membership. Instead of working out I'm always playing games trying to write notes to ask for machines to be fixed or changing my reviews in hopes the machines will get fixed. ----------------------------------- There are now two working machines of differing difficulty levels. Rowers delight!! There is not a third one in the sauna. ---------------------------------------- Please fix your machines. They've been neglected for far too long and now the third machine that's "working" the left hand pull is not retracting like it should. It's becoming frustrating. The one has been broken forever and then it became the second and now the third is going. Corporate would not take this long to send new machines. If you can't get them fixed then get new machines. I love coming here but it's a little things like this that just make it frustrating. My old review disappeared somehow and I don't know how. I love the saunas. It makes me not hurt. The workouts are repetitive, they have different people but they might vary one or two moves. I appreciate the variety of hand weight equipment that is available to increase your heart rate while you do strength. You do have to buy a lot of equipment if you want to up it with strap weights or if you want to follow along with the videos with integrity. I had to buy bands (I don't even have all the different kinds of bands that exist), I had to buy gloves so my calluses wouldn't hurt while rowing as much, I had to buy a bike seat because the spin cycles have the hardest seat. you have to buy a mat, you have to buy a towel, I use my own foam roller because their's are very slick and I just fall right off.

I love working out in the heat - I don’t get muscle soreness!! I truly believe I get more workout in less time. In 4 months I have definitely gained strength and trimmed down. The staff members are so friendly and helpful.

Scheduled a free hot yoga session, showed up 15 minutes early just to wait 30 minutes for no one to show up. Someone who doesn't work there was kind enough to let us in, but we did not end up working out. We all even received text messages yesterday and today to confirm our class.

Came for my free trial class and there was no employee there to let me in. Even during listed staff hours and the time I was supposed to come in was confirmed via text with an employee the day before. Unfortunate because I was going to start a membership with them but I guess not now since I never even got to go inside. Also didn’t answer the phone the rest of the day and the day after again during staffed hours.
