Best workout studio EVER! I love working out; however, I do not like working out in a large room similar to Planet Fitness or any of the other gyms. Here I love how I have my own private sauna where I can work out and push myself. By doing HOTWORX, I was able to lose approx. 35-40lbs. within 4-6 months. I can work out every day without feeling sore or the need to take a break. I've been a member for about two years if not longer, and plan to keep my membership forever. Even if you only work out twice a month, the membership pays for itself. I also LOVE how its 24/7! That is so amazing and accommodating to my hectic schedule. Special shoutout to the owner JEN, she has been amazing in assisting me whenever I have an issue with the app! She ALWAYS greets me with a genuine smile and remembers my name.

I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful HOTWORX is. It’s far more than just a gym. I have lost 28lbs since March & rehabilitated myself from immobility due to a chronic pain disorder I have. Woman owned small business. The staff is amazing. Super affordable. I will never stop coming here. Best gym I’ve ever been a part of. It’s like a family. All the people that go there are amazing. I crave the infrared when I don’t go there. It’s not for everyone, but it helped me do meaningful self-care & I get to work out alone 99% of the time. Super clean. I could go on and on. And please buy and read the founder’s book. It was life changing for me. High praises to this company and this particular location. Thank you HOTWORX for helping me get my life back!

Love this gym!! My body hasn’t changed much since joining a year ago, BUT I truly notice a big improvement in my mental health, sleep, and skin. To me, these are all things I seek! Great staff as well. So friendly, positive and welcoming. Keep up the great work!!
