Ryan is very excellent and professional, he helped me made massive progress. I wasn’t really making any progress in bodybuilding before I met Ryan, but after a couple sessions with him I started to notice some fundamental change. Over one month I add 5kg muscles , and I so amazed by the results. Ryan is very meticulous in his training, he would notice every detail and make corrections. Throughout the training, my body posture even got better. I keep steadily making progress and I become more confident in myself. Ryan is a very nice person, the best PT I’ve ever met.
