So Good dental is amazing. The office is clean and welcoming. I was a bit nervous in the beginning since I have super sensitive teeth but Dr. Jun is very gentle and thorough. I was able to get cleaning done without pain. The staffs are friendly and warm welcoming too. I highly recommend Dr. Jun if you are looking for a professional dentist in Fort Lee!

I reached out to this clinic on Sunday, February 9th, regarding a chipped crown requiring replacement, and I received a prompt response on Monday morning to schedule an appointment. They were able to accommodate me the same day, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, parking was convenient. Inside the clinic, there was a strong odor that seemed to be masked by multiple candles, though it remained very noticeable. I was seen immediately and had x-rays taken. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me, briefly inquiring (with distain) about where I had received my previous crown before rushing away. The front desk quickly submitted an insurance claim and pre-approval for the replacement, informing me that it would take two to three days to process. On Thursday, February 13th, I followed up and was told that the pre-approval had been approved. However, when I attempted to schedule the procedure, I was informed that, because it is considered a major procedure requiring 1.5 hours, the earliest availability was in 2-3 weeks. Given that I had initially reached out due to an urgent need and specified what was required, I had expected that the procedure would be prioritized and considered accordingly. However, that was not the case. I was very disappointed and felt mislead. Now we have wasted time and resource on both ends when I could have been seen by a clinic that had the time to fix my crown (thankfully I found another clinic and they are a WORLDS difference. So nice and they put patients FIRST. The dentist there is also the BEST I’ve ever seen - so please do your research and find someone who will prioritize your health). If so, if are looking for a clinic with fast scheduling for initial evaluations, responsive communication via text, and quick insurance processing, this may be a good option. However, be mindful of a rushed dentist, misleading expectations, and delayed treatments. Maybe just call ahead and confirm all the details and what can be expected.
