One of the absolute worse insurance brokers Aviva has used in my last 5 years of being insured with them. People make mistakes and communication issues do happen in the business world. However after utter incompetence from one of their Brokers in Rothesay I decided to cancel due to being told my Monthly Payment would be 179.50$ come to find out a few days later I am told its 229$ per month. Hey mistakes happen so I decided to cancel (seeing I was told one thing and given another) a few days later I was charged 66.21$ for cancelling,remind you I have been with this company for 5 years prior. I disputed the claim and was argued with and giggled at by Sherry Bradley the manager. Ive never had such horrible customers experience in my life and will never forget the horrible communication by both the insurance agent and management. 0/10.
