EDIT: 9/28/25 - food had plastic in it, see pictures. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your health and dollar. This might seem petty but this has happened enough times that I refuse to buy anything from Tim Hortons anymore, specifically this location. When you're paying over $3 for a bagel and this is consistently the amount of cream cheese you get, something is wrong. It's wrong that you don't get what you paid for, please save your money and make your own for much cheaper. This location and Tim Horton's in general doesn't deserve your hard earned money.

Its hard to say if the foods any good here. This is the 3rd time I've been here to order the chili combo, and the 3rd time I've been told they ran out. It was just before 1pm, and they run out? Maybe they'd have more sales if they had things in stock, even the donuts were practically out, I count 9 in total. Avoid this place if your actually hungry.

Wondering if the staff at your Broadway Street location in Tillsonburg, Ontario know that an unsweetened iced latte with almond milk actually has espresso in it and not watered down coffee. Getting tired of giving my money to this location and then pouring my drink down the drain! **** I was about to update my review because Missy the manager was amazing... she went above and beyond to make things right but... MaryAnn served us today. She was rude, refused to remake my drink that was not made correctly (please note that the minute I get almond milk it is considered a customized drink...so yes, MaryAnn needs to know drinks can be customized and unsweetened means no syrup and no cane sugar!). When she was told we would be contacting corporate she gave my son the dirtiest, disrespectful look! I've already contacted customer care... again.

It was a busy drive-thru, but the service was excellent. I didn't catch the worker's name at the window, but they were so friendly and had a big smile when wishing me a great day. Normally, at least at other locations, they barely glance at you when handing you your order. I am very pleased and impressed with that worker. I hope this gets passed along.
