I just had my third massage at Karma Medi Spa, and from a boxer’s perspective, it’s fantastic. They really know how to work out the tightness and soreness that comes with training and prepping for fights. It’s that “good sore” feeling you want. I also tried their water therapy after the massage today, which was an awesome finishing touch. Highly recommend by PhDBoxer, for anyone, athlete or not!

What an amazing experience! Mano was wonderful! I had the Himalayan salt scrub, mini facial and then the Vichy waterfall. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I’ll be back!
