Very old, very dark and depressing. The rooms are rustic. I only stayed 3 hours and changed hotel. The experience was awful. It’s not a 5 star hotel vibe it’s more of a haunted house vibe. The interior is dark and old and rustic. Not so clean either. The carpet room is sticky from all the ware&tear.

Want a great hotel. Spectacular location in the Burj Khalifa and amazing.service. The design is still innovative, beautifully modern, and well kept - condition was immaculate dusting our stay. Booked through Amex FHR - they honored and went beyond inclusions - the suite upgrade was amazing. Service is gracious and discreet when you want, fun and engaging when you want. Excellent invisible ninja housekeeping. Wonderful front desk staff.- Soonya and the dashing young Italian guy (Antonio?).were lovely. Great selection and service at the restaurant for breakfast. Must dos: use the in room iPad to see who is at the door (!!)., use the pool and spa at least once, take advantage of the indoor link to Dubai Mall and the hidden door to At The Top, and take the in house Bentley somewhere - beautiful car and the price is a bargain in comparison to other international hotels at this level - our driver was the best!|Amazing place and will stay here again when in Dubai.

The otel is nice and good destination but no cafe - no terrace (always closed) you cant drink morning cafe with your wife or family, cant breathe clean air , and smoke and see pool wiev. You must go to park with your coffee for breathlng clean air. I still here but i am not happy about cafe and free time. I dont want to go dubai mall for everything, walking 15 minutes
