Couldn't ask for a better location during our work trip. Clean, comfortable beds & in the middle of everything. Staff is very accommodating & extremely pleasant to deal with. Thank you for the wonderful stay & see you again next year.

We had a nice night here in between visiting National Parks. We stayed after visiting Mammoth Cave National Park, before we headed to Great Smoky Mountains NP. The hotel is recently remodeled I think and very clean, bright, and "spiffy." We especially liked the fact that the room did not have carpet, the floor was very nice.

Rooms were small but it IS a micro hotel. The overnight front desk lady was so kind and amazing at her job! The hotel was very clean. Lost a star because the beds were not the most comfortable and the crib they provide was stained, dirty, and collapsed on us twice. Would stay again for the price and ease of service. (We got in after midnight).

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. They weren't rude. They answered questions in a nice manner. I liked the location and layout of the room. The only problem was just that there was an odd smell in the lobby, but even more so in the room. Soon as the door was opened, you noticed it. After being in the room for awhile, you do get used to it. But for those that have trouble with overlooking such things, they may have a problem. Because the price was right during a time when we were low on money, I was grateful to stay there. And the friendliness of the hotel staff helped make our experience better.
