The approach in the service is quite interesting. I claimed noise during steering the steering wheel. They removed 2 bolts from under the cover (thinking they know better than engineers that designed the car), claimed it helped. It didn't. To what they responded that this is it, they will not look further into the problem, go enjoy yourself. Updated: Serwis claims I am lying. I wonder what exactly is a lie here? 1) that pieces (bolts) of my car were just removed (not replaced or fixed but removed) or 2) that I said I still hear the noise and I was told there is no point checking further as service will not do anything about it. ?

3 years ago I posted a 5 star review for this dealership. What a difference 2 years can make. This year I've had 2 substandard services, and 1 repair work. The last service they were unable to replace the fuel filter even though I informed them to do this prior to booking. A bulb was not fixed even though it was informed at the appointment check-in. Warning Information about expired license on maps screen not fixed. I requested a review of the wheel bearings but did not receive any information on their condition. I sat over 3 hours for this service and the car would have taken longer if I wanted it cleaned. The repair work earlier this year was the main failure of this dealership. It took 2 weeks to replace the rear bumper and have it painted, unfortunately with the incorrect contrasting second trim colour. The handling of the insurance claim with the other party was not done with my car's interest at heart. The exhaust was damaged and yet the individual who was responsible for car repairs declared he did not have experience with this matter. I would have to take the matter in my own hand with the insurance company of the other party. They have now increased what percentage of the item they will cover. Hyundai dealerships should be a place to take care of your Hyundai car and your investment. I have sent emails to the dealership repair and management departments which remain unanswered. Unfortunately this dealership seems too busy to handle the workload around servicing cars like it did 2 years ago. I must seriously consider whether to remain loyal to this dealership or find another one.
