Dropped and cracked my iPhone 15 Pro Max two weeks ago and happened to drop it last night at a birthday dinner and the screen went completely black. While I knew the phone was still operable (it charged and I could hear phone calls/texts coming in, but not see from who) I was still FREAKING OUT. Read a few reviews and I Fixit ASAP happened to be within 20 minutes of where I was staying for the weekend and I stopped in as early as I could. Caesar and his technician’s service was super welcoming! Gave me a 40 minute turnaround time, but ended up only be 20 minutes! Super super happy with the new end result (I almost feel like I got a new phone) and would HIGHLY recommend their business! Thank you!

I needed my mom's phone fixed immediately. It was an old model that required much more work than I thought, but they diagnosed it, explained everything, and fixed it within 30 minutes! Yolandy was very kind and fit me into the schedule. Ali was so professional and gave me a very fair price. The location was clean and tidy- couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a great experience with Yolandy. I called asking for help regarding my son's PS5. I took it in and waited less than a hour for the HDMI port to be fixed. It was affordable and prevented me from buying a new one. I would highly recommend people to go for games/phone fixtures.

Since there is no way to actually respond to the owner I will edit and leave another review. When I went in I was never offered to change the whole housing that happened after. I understand that glass is not unbreakable but don’t promote good materials when they are not. Let be honest here and say the truth. You guys use very cheap materials A while ago I had my iPhones back glass fixed. It broke within 3 days. Got it fixed again at the same place for free since they knew the glass I extremely brittle and cheap. Now after a few month I drop my phone less than 2 feet in an otter box case and I check and boom it’s cracked again. Mind you I also put a back glass protector on the back. Never shop here they are cheap and use extremely cheap materials.
