I Heart Boba

Truly, excellent customer service at this family run establishment. From the moment you come in your greeted warmly, they have a excellent variety of beverages for you to try. Their price is exceptionally reasonable and their qualities is very high. We ordered four bubble teas, they’re prepared quickly and we’re extremely delicious. I did order One of the new egg waffles, the staff did notify me that the first one did not turn out as expected, and that they were preparing me a second one to replace the first. They gave my kids the first one free of charge, however, when the second one did not turn out to their expectations, they profusely apologized, offered me my money back, and we were very apologetic. This level of customer service is rarely ever seen today along with this level of accountability. You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep it up. My new favorite bubble tea place in Milton

My friend and I have been coming here regularly for years,and I Heart Boba quickly became our favourite boba shop, no other place in Milton compares. The service is amazing as well as the drinks themselves. Definitely recommend!

Was recently introduced to I Heart Boba by a good friend. Ordered the Mango smoothie and it was the best thing I had that day. It was so good that I took my family to try it last week and they too loved it just as much. This place will definitely be our go-to for refreshing juices and smoothies this whole summer!
