From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this restaurant was something special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, with every detail carefully thought out to create a welcoming yet refined dining experience. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about every dish and wine pairing, and their passion for the menu made the entire meal even more enjoyable. As for the food—absolutely outstanding. Each course was a masterpiece, beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were clearly of the highest quality, and the chef’s creativity shone through in every bite. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was cooked to perfection, with bold flavors balanced by delicate touches. What impressed me most was the consistency: every dish felt intentional, and the pacing of the meal was flawless. This wasn’t just dinner; it was a culinary experience that left a lasting impression. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to treat yourself, this restaurant is a destination worth savoring. Truly deserving of its five stars.

The food was overall pretty good most of us enjoyed our dishes (we came in as a large group). However, my mom's bolognese had a strange taste to it and my husband got the seafood pasta and it only had one scallop in it, but my dad got the same dish and he had 3 so there were some issues. We waited at least an hour between apps and mains which felt like a good while. One of our biggest issues was service, it was a Wednesday so it in no way was busy. Our server was pleasant but not very attentive at all. He didn't tell us that a dish wasn't available until right when my brother went to order it. Missed drink orders, waters weren't refilled consistently. My brother tried to ask him a question and he just walked away, it wasn't rudeness just more so not paying attention. Just little things when it's dead and servers are standing around you hope for better. No one was particularly thrilled with the atmosphere either, odd decor, just a mishmash.

Visited the restaurant today to celebrate my father in laws 50th, and we had an amazing experience. 👌🏼 My in laws have been here before, but it was our first time and all I have to say is the food was delicious, creative, full of flavour and savoury. The staff was friendly, helpful, and gave my father in law a complimentary birthday desert which was beautifully presented. The menu mixes traditional cooking with fresh ideas, using ingredients grown on site. Every dish looked great and tasted even better, loved the focaccia bread with house made cheese 😍. The unique flavor combos in their signature dishes really stood out. It’s definitely a place worth visiting. Can’t wait to visit in the summer time to try their patio and many other options on the menu.

Risposta’s food was absolutely delightful. We had the Chef’s tasting menu, and the courses just started coming right out. Chef Patrick and his staff came out with all the dishes, explained the sauces, and the mains. We love how the restaurant emphasizes farm to table, which is more than apparent by their gardens, where all the vegetables, herbs, and greens are grown. Each dish highlighted the beautiful taste of fresh ingredients, and prioritized natural flavour. The plating of all the dishes were super unique, and added to the fun of the meal. The sauce on every dish matched the fall season, with a side of pumpkin and cinnamon sweater vibes. The steak was beautiful and juicy. The mushroom soup was served in a cappuccino cup, and really brought out all the umami. Frank was so sweet in showing us around the venue, showing us the gardens and the banquet hall. Thank you to everyone at Risposta for such an awesome meal. We loved it!!
