I came here with my 3 month old for ear piercing and i understand that babies are squirmy and i also do not want to get mad with the lady but the pierce is way too out. Very far off from the mark. 2 ladies are supposed to do it at the same time but one went earlier and that’s what caused my baby to already squirm. We are offered with free correction, even if it pains me it needs to be done so we came back. It’s better but still not on mark which is still quite obvious but the pain my baby went through is enough so i just kept quiet. It is not perfect but it’s acceptable i guess. My point, the service Renew you gave is just acceptable nothing special. I thought that they’ll be better than Claire’s with all the trainings their staffs should have gone through versus Claire’s retail staffs. I am now thinking just go to Claire’s folks. And if you’re thinking “that’s what you get for piercing a baby”, well i did not force renew you to do it. They did accept my booking for a baby, i thought they should know what they are doing. If they advised otherwise why would i not comply. 😅 I am forgiving, i didn’t make a fuss but i wouldn’t want this experience for any other girls.
