While Joel is a nice and professional person, the staff at the pharmacy made two extremely egregious errors in the last six months with my medications: they doubled one of my prescription dosages, and dispensed the wrong drug (after my wife, who was picking up the drug made it clear I needed drops, they gave me the cream version of the drug - so no, it wasn't client error). Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm switching pharmacies to one where I can be sure my medications will be correctly dispensed.

We've been very spoiled having Joel as a pharmacist at Lovell Drugs for many years now. So knowledgeable and caring! He has cared for 3 generations of our family and knows them by name. It feels like we've stepped back in time with old fashioned values but at the same time receiving the most modern and efficient care. A very well run business which also shows in the demeanour and care of his lovely staff.

The pharmacist, Joel, is an incredible person! His patient care is wonderful and appreciated. Always thoughtful and talks me through my medication.
