Felt not being treated nicely by one of the staffs leaving me unattended, I was there to pick up meds, although not busy she let me wait, hearing other staffs just having conversation I called back her attention, she answered "I'm on the phone. Good thing one nice gentleman quick to respond when he heard me, the other staff seems no concern and somewhat rude to customer, sorry but she look Chinese.

If I could give ten stars, I would. As someone with chronic illness, several doctors and specialists, multiple changing insurance plans, and a limited budget, I've never experienced this level of professionalism and care from any other pharmacy - and I've tried several in Guelph. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. They do what is necessary to ensure that you get the pharmaceutical care you need to the best of their ability every time. Canada's medical system can sometimes be impossible to navigate to the layperson, especially when your medical situation is complicated. Without their expertise and compassion, I would not enjoy the level of health that I do today.
