I recently dropped off my brother's prescription at the pharmacy, and I was impressed with the diligence of pharmacist Madhuri, she double-checked the dosage with the doctor to ensure accuracy. Given my brother's upcoming surgery, this attention to detail was crucial. The pharmacist's professionalism and commitment to patient safety were evident in her actions. She went above and beyond to ensure my brother received the correct medication, and her kindness and courtesy made the experience even better. I appreciate her dedication to her work and would recommend this pharmacy to others.

If you are looking to go to the walk in clinic here, don’t even bother. I would give this zero if I could concsidering I showed up to see the doctor only for him to not show up. This clinic truly wasted my time. To begin, I called the clinic and was booked at 2:30pm (to accommodate the doctors lunch schedule for his 2’oclock break) then they called me back and told me to come at 2:00pm (because apparently he moved his break to 2:30pm). I arrived early, sat in a room for 25 minutes. After that I decided to go back to the reception to ask how much longer i would be waiting as I am also on my lunch break for work, only to be told the doctor had already left for his break before I walked in at 1:45 because he had “no appointments”. but I had an appointment at 2 with him?? Nobody bothered to check the schedule, confirm with him, or communicate properly. I was told I could wait another 40 minutes until he was done at 2:45 or come back another day, which is ridiculous when I was already sitting there with an urgent issue. My question is why call a patient to come earlier to sit there after the doctor has left??? When I asked the receptionist this, she just said she did know he was going to leave. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients’ time.

While I have had a positive experience visiting Dr.Simpson so far (I have visited here on two walk in appointments), the front desk staff are a complete turn off. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. During my first visit I discounted the behaviour assuming it's just a bad day and everyone goes through such days. But I have been on two more visits since and have had the exact same experience. They are downright rude and behave extremely unprofessionally. They don't answer questions properly or provide clarification politely. Going through all the reviews here, it seems like it is a constant feedback from patients. However, they do not seem to have any intention of working on it.
