I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from this place. When I called, the rep was knowledgeable most of all, transparent. He accurately assessed my issue based on what I explained. He was honest about not needing a paid diagnosis, which other repair stores had suggested. He could have easily "diagnose" it for $35 but he didn't. Instead, he recommended contacting Google for further assistance, which I did. Unfortunately, Google wasn't able to help, but I appreciate the honesty and expertise of the rep.

When I say dont hesitate to call this repair shop I mean you should’ve already been dialing because the Customer service was just OUTSTANDING I had my son’s phone fixed, and it was an older phone iPhone 7 So the screens are hard to come by. The owner literally went Out of his way to Find another screen for my phone and literally had it fixed the next day!! Oh yalll & THE PRICE ? Yeah Literally was the Best priced in the area & Didn’t overcharge me since I had more than one problem with the phone like I had to buy this man, a whole box of donuts to show my appreciation. Thank you so much for accommodating me & being so kind. I’ll definitely be back When my son breaks his phone again 😂 -Anna
