Joey was so helpful and nice. My speaker problem turned out to be gunk (gross, I know) caught in the phone’s speaker, and he fixed/cleaned that for free after running a test. For my crack in the cover that goes over the camera lenses, he showed me on Amazon what I needed to order and said he’d put it on for me after I received it. He was true to his word! Good guy, great place!
