I was extremely disappointed with this shop. I purchased a retro electronic, asked that if it did not work, if a refund would be allowed. I was told by 2 staff members yes. Upon returning the item, I was promised a refund. I called 4 times, no reply and finally had to go into the store to be told; ‘sorry , we can’t do anything’. FINALLY i was given a refund, 2 weeks, 5 calls and an in-person visit later.
