My Spire Perform physio, Mel South, is absolutely first class. She pushes hard but manages to make it all fun (even when it hurts!) I'm way ahead of schedule on my recovery thanks to Mel and I still look forward to each session - they're actually a highlight of my week!

Over zealous on covid safety... I was treated like I had it on entering the building. You're not allowed to touch anything or sit down, yet they are still asking for paper forms to be completed. Perhaps a suggestion to automate that part if covid safety is so parament. Information provided on the phone was different to arrival, you're not allowed to wait in the waiting area. It's a shame, as the physio was very good.
