Andy SmithI was asked to find a new doctor's practice after I changed address and chose The Chandler Surgery. I am glad I did. The staff are always friendly and the doctors are very thorough, taking their time to explain things, rather than my last doctors who couldn't wait to show you the door after 5 minutes. Any repeat prescriptions are processed immediately and they have been fantastic with my young children when they have been ill, usually getting an appointment without delay. Very happy with the practice.
SkyCAMCant contact anymore, ask my GP is never online, surgery dont pick up the phone, I phoned as I was leaving Manchester before I set off home as number 3 in the que and walked into the surgery still on the phone when I got back to Wigan as caller 2, nobody in the reception was even on the phone so I have no idea who answers the calls. Now, if I try ringing my mobile just hits a dead tone and the land line comes up as engaged, I dont even join a que, god knows how the older people manage!
